Dr. Stephen Foley, OBGYN
Dr. Stephen Foley is a dedicated Obstetrician-Gynecologist with over 20 years of experience, serving patients across Oahu. He is proud to be affiliated with prestigious medical institutions such as Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children and Queen’s Medical Center Punchbowl.
Specializing in women’s reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth, Dr. Foley received his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Hawaii.
Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Foley is committed to upholding the highest standards of care and advancing knowledge in women’s health. With two convenient office locations in Honolulu and Mililani, he provides comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients.

Natalie Robinson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Natalie is a board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is also certified in Advanced Medical Aesthetics. Originally from Germany, she relocated to Oahu in 2013 and returned in 2021. In addition to being a dedicated military spouse, Natalie is a proud mother of two sons.
With over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2010, Natalie has earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2018 and achieved board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Her extensive clinical background spans from inpatient and critical care to primary and urgent care settings. Collaborating closely with Dr. Foley, Natalie offers comprehensive gynecological, obstetric, and reproductive healthcare services at Foley OB & Aesthetics. Committed to promoting optimal health outcomes for women and their babies, she delivers evidence-based care in a culturally humble and welcoming environment. Natalie prioritizes patient education to foster trust, involvement in treatment plans, and overall satisfaction with personalized care.
Natalie’s innate passion for medical aesthetics adds significant value to Foley OB & Aesthetics. She strongly believes in harnessing the latest advancements in aesthetic technology to enhance her patients’ natural beauty. With a focus on achieving subtle, natural results, Natalie offers a range of aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, and more, guiding her clients toward their desired aesthetic goals.
Jessica Lariego, MSN, APRN, WH-NP
Jessica is a board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), bringing fresh expertise and enthusiasm. Graduating as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) from Regis College in Boston in May 2023, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2018. A Mililani native, Jessica is deeply rooted in Oahu’s community.
Recently becoming a mother herself, Jessica is thrilled to apply her newfound knowledge and personal journey to support mothers and their babies. With her roots as an island native, she is dedicated to delivering culturally sensitive and patient-centered care, ensuring each individual feels understood and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
